The magic of Brooklands
Steeped in precision engineering and record-breaking history, you cannot fail to be inspired when you’re at Brooklands.
A huge feat of engineering, the 2.75 mile track was finished in nine months and cost the equivalent of around £16million today. It opened in 1907 and was the world’s first purpose-built ‘banked’ motor racing circuit.
