Having engaged within the construction industry in over 33 countries, there is a consistent factor that emerged on the prevailing culture and ethos. If I want to make more profit, then you will make less!! No wonder the construction industry is one of the most litigious sectors built on decades of adversity and questionable practices, although I am pleased to say there has been a marked increase in performance in this area over the last 10 years, although there is much progress still to make.

As developers we are establishing value – we are the catalyst, and we have the opportunity to set our own culture and that is what we are doing within Equa. We call this:
