Our Ironbridge House development of 57 beautifully designed apartments in the vibrant Hanwell area of West London has progressed rapidly since its acquisition in June 2020.

As you can see from the photos the new build block is now constructed and scaffolding has been struck on all elevations revealing the true beauty of this iconic building’s transformation.

The fit phases are well underway, and a detailed review of progress to-date is below. The incoming utility services are all scheduled and preparation almost complete to start receiving final connections.

In the phots you will also see images of the existing building and the CGI’s (computer generated images of what we envisaged the outcome to be. We think you will agree the results are incredibly accurate and we should all be proud of the part we have played in this development, including you as a much-valued investor. Thank you!
